Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore star in this movie. I have to say that I quite enjoyed the 80s style music in the movie. The story overall was fairly enjoyable. I can not say that it is my favorite movie in the world, but the “Pop” song is quite catchy, and it is now stuck in my head. (more…)

Working as a PHP developer I have quickly noticed that there are a lot of people in this world that try to do things themselves. Tinkering and playing with something has always been a very productive way to learn, grow and expand ones ability to do something. “The price of gasoline is ridiculous!” is a phrase that I hear all of the time. I am starting to get tired of people complaining about how expensive gas is, and how the Oil Companies are evil because they are making record profits. My co-workers and I have been on a Mega Man kick as of late. We all got the anniversary edition for XBox (It was also released for the Nintendo GameCube, and Sonly Playstation) and have been enjoying the goodness known as Mega Man. (more…)
Every Friday my company has a corporate Barbecue, this is an opportunity for the employees to relax and have some fun together. This particular Friday (June 1, 2007) happened to be a crappy day for me. This was a result of several things combined into a single day. Suffice to say, this lighted up my day a little.
